Dr. Wulf Glatz

Wulf received his PhD degree from ETH Zurich in 2008, where he developed flexible thermoelectric generators at the Micro and Nanosystems group. He has studied with several international institutions including the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia, Spain, the University of Oklahoma, USA and the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany where he received his Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2002. Wulf has gathered industry experience at the R&D departments of Volkswagen, BOSCH and IBM, working on thermal interfaces and micromechanical sensors for automotive applications. Wulf is also a board member of the Swiss Thermoelectric Society (STS).
Dr. Etienne Schwyter
VP Production | Founder
Etienne holds a PhD (2013) degree from ETH Zurich for the development of a scalable fabrication process for thermoelectric devices, including a fully automated characterization setup for in-process and end-control device measurements. He is a founder of greenTEG and responsible for production. Etienne graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich after gaining practical experience at Micronova in Finland, and the University of Calgary in Canada.
Dr. Thomas Helbling
Thomas is VP research and development at greenTEG and is responsible for innovations. He has a strong research background with postdoc and PhD positions at the ETH Zurich, where he has led several Swiss and European research projects. With greenTEG and ETH he has filed several patents and was awarded for technology innovations. Thomas also gained business experience as financial business data analyst and as consultant at two multinational corporations. Thomas received his MSc degree in electrical engineering and PhD degree in mechanical engineering from ETH Zürich. He was awarded the Materials Research Center (MRC) prize 2010 of ETH Zürich and the ETH Zürich silver medal 2010 for his PhD thesis.
Dr. Holger Hendrichs
VP Sales & Marketing
Holger holds a PhD (2010) from ETH Zurich (MTEC) and a diploma in Business Administration from KU Eichstätt-Ingolstadt with exchange semesters at Sophia University Tokyo and Comenius University Bratislava. He joined greenTEG in 2014 during a consulting project. Holger is member of the management board and responsible for Sales & Marketing. He brings to greenTEG his experience from former roles at McKinsey as a project leader and as independent consultant later on.
